A short summary about myself.

I was born in The Netherlands and I have been interested in art at a very early age. Painting and drawing have been a part of my life since my childhood.
During my years in Holland I always longed to live at one stage in Israel.
My dream has come true. I have moved with my husband to Israel and my inspiration blossomed once I became part of that beautiful country. All over again I created my own artistic expression and I was able to actualize and follow my own style.

I also lived in England. My home was in the countryside, away from all hustle and bustle. Nature surrounded my country dwelling and it was a magical spot, characterized by a commanding view - almost pastoral tranquility - winding country roads and beautiful views over the hills. All of these elements I used in my paintings in my own specific way. The diversity of nature has inspired my creativity.

Whilst I lived in England I also qualified in Fashion and Design from “The City and Guilds” and designed unusual garments and hats for a number of years. My designs were quite popular, especially since I made my designs personalized. I took several pottery classes too, learned many techniques and so I developed my own unusual style with making pots and bowls. My love for pottery and painting grew with the years. I took several art classes in England to enhance my painting techniques.

Some time ago I decided to focus just on painting and not anymore on making pottery. My paintings are reflections of my emotions and feelings. I let my mind take over and sometimes I imagine clear and visual images, these are often colorful.

My art is free of restraint and occasionally the outcome of my paintings is not always what I envisioned initially. My work is therefore unique in its own way. My paintings are appreciated worldwide. It gives me great pleasure therefore, to enrich the interior of art lovers with my art.
