I see civilization as the opposite of chaos and anarchy.
New York, a densely populated island where a thunderstorm was luring over during my visit over there. It was as if the sky was loaded with electricity.
After my visit to New York it was difficult to let it go. I felt like being swallowed up by the neighborhoods of interests that I visited. I felt looking up, that the skyscrapers nearly touched the sky. New York for me has many divisions. The colors have various shades of turquoise depicting the surrounding water. I gave New York a burst of colors because of its fantastic lively dynamic atmosphere. For me a diptych in this case would be appropriate.
