Our return policy is quite simple:
We take pride in the quality of our products and put extra effort to make sure our customers get exactly what they want. We want you to enjoy your purchase and become a returning customer. However, if you're not happy with a purchase that you made on abstractpaintings.eu/abstractpaintings.co.il, for any reason, you can cancel your order within 7 calendar days as from the day of receipt. Orders may only be cancelled prior to us processing and shipping out your order. Once you place your order and your order has been processed, which is often the same or next business day, we can no longer cancel your order. For any pending orders that are cancelled prior to being shipped out, as well as for orders that are cancelled more than 72 hours after the order has been placed, a partial restocking fee may apply.

After cancellation, you have another 14 calendar days to return your product for a 100% refund or to exchange it with a different item. Returned items must be in a new and undamaged condition, packed in its original packing materials. Shipping costs are non-refundable. As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price or settle a revised payment. You will then be credited with the full order amount. Only the costs for returning from your home to our web shop are for your own account.

Please note - abstractpaintings.eu/abstractpaintings.co.il does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

If you use your right of returning, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging are to be returned to the entrepreneur. To use this right, you can contact us via abstractpaintings.eu/abstractpaintings.co.il and ask for an RMA (Return Materials Authorization). We will then pay the amount due within 30 days after the product is returned in the original condition and in good order.

Exception customization
Special orders are non-refundable. If you have commissioned a painting (customization), then the right of cancellation does not apply. The sale is thus final after a successful deposit.

Warranty Service and refund Instructions
It is advisable to contact Abstractpaintings.eu/abstractpaintings.co.il for an RMA number, as paintings have deviating sizes and shipping can therefore entail high costs. When you use a shipper to your own choice for a warranty service, refund or exchange, simply enclose the products, ship the package insured and make sure to include the following:

• Your name
• Original order/invoice number (Look at "My Account")
• Detailed description of the problem, or your request for exchange
• Your return address, phone number and e-mail address.

Upon inspection of the merchandise, you will receive the refund minus the shipping charges. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Please, always bear in mind that any returning shipment arriving at our store without an RMA definitely will be refused, with the consequence that, if applicable, no refund can take place!
